Our 80 Person Tent Package includes the following items:
20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)
(10) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)
(3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc
(80) white folding chairs
$1299 + delivery
Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.
Add white tablecloths (brand new, in package, yours to keep) $1399
Upgrade to fancier white padded “garden” chairs +$2 per chair
Upgrade to larger 40x40 hexagon tent: +$400
white string lights for tent: $50 (plus labor)
windowed side walls: $25 per 20’ section (plus labor)

You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.
Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
