Our 80 Person Tent Package includes the following items:
20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)
(10) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)
(3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc
(80) basic white folding chairs
$1299 + delivery
Setup is typically on Thursday or Friday, take down on Sunday or Monday
Add white tablecloths (brand new, in package, yours to keep)
Upgrade to fancier white padded “garden” chairs +$2 per chair
Upgrade to larger 40x40 hexagon tent: +$400

Why is this package perfect for you?
You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We typically setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Sunday or Monday.
Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
Safety First! We use 3ft stakes to secure our tents. It is the renters responsibility to mark and sprinkler heads and underground water lines, as well as call 811 for a FREE utility locate for underground wires and gas lines. RMER reserves the right to refuse set up upon arrival if a locate has not been done.
